Frequently Asked Questions and General Information

What are your fees?

My fee is £45 per 50-60 minute session. I will always give a month's notice should I need to change this.

An initial meeting of 30 minutes is £30. There is no fee for an initial phone call of 10-15 mins.

What is your cancellation policy?

At least 48 hours' notice of cancellation is required. This is so I can offer your cancelled time to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. If you are unable to give me advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.

What if I arrive late?

Your appointment is your time, if you arrive late I will, by necessity, have to finish on time in order to accommodate following clients.

Regardless of how late you arrive you will be expected to pay the full amount.

Do you work with Couples?

No, at the moment I only work with individuals.

Do you provide online and phone therapy?

Yes, I have completed the UKCP Covid 19 online working guidance and offer Zoom online sessions or telephone sessions if that is preferred.

How many sessions will I need?

I work in both the long and short term at a pace that is appropriate to you. Some people achieve desired results in a few weeks, others may need months or even years. The length of your therapy is something that we would address and re-assess as we progress.
