I have worked in the music performance industry for many years and like many other work places, I have seen first hand and experienced many scenarios which reveal the negative impact of mental health problems. It was my search for alternatives that brought me to Transactional Analysis.
Through my four years of training in psychotherapy I have become passionate about mental health and the benefits it can bring. I have seen over and over how therapy can have a transforming effect on people’s lives and their understanding of how they think, feel and behave.
I approach my work using Integrative Transactional Analysis which is flexible and easy to understand. I can help you to identify what might be going wrong in your life and together we can work to make positive changes.
TA can help to strengthen communication in relationships, and can give you insight into your own psychological make-up and understanding around emotional issues. It lends itself to problems that need specific short-term attention but also to more underlying in-depth issues which may require longer term work.
Above all it is a friendly, non-judgemental approach in a warm, safe therapy room where anything can be discussed openly and easily.

I offer an initial 30 minute meeting for £30 so you can see if this therapy is suitable for you. Each session after that is £45 and will last 50-60 minutes.
